The production process, from the documental control to the compliance certification, is followed and monitored from softwares for data collection and the product traceability, granting the perfect compliance of the finished product with the client requirements and of quality standard provided with the quality certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and enviromental certification UNI EN ISO 14001:2004.

Our department has many machines that are renewed, periodically, according to the main world constructors to guarantee the maximum precision and the highest quality required for our processings.
All of our work centers are equipped with computerized numeric control (CNC) and with automatic multi pallet system on 4 or 5 axes.
The department applies removal processings on all kind of materials starting from the analysis of a biodimensional or tridimensional geometric model, and finishing with paper designs.
For the programmation of our machines we use the best software CAM( Computer-Aided Manifacturing) that lets us work directly on a solid model in electronic format. (IGES, Parasolid®, STEP, SAT (solidi ACIS), AutoCAD® (DWG™, DXF™ ed Inventor™) SolidWorks®, Solid Edge®, CADL, STL, VDA, ASCII, Catia® e Pro-E®. - Carpentry

The department provides high precision carpentry processings, and is specialized in the construction of rack cabinet and electronic baskets, metallic harnesses for the military section and terrestrial and naval radars, preserving the right flexibility needful for limited series supplies.
The cut, bending, punching and welding process are made in a 1000 mq area where it's possible to make mechanical assembly of 1000 kg structures. - Electric processing
OUR MUST
The electric department represents, with its staff, over fifty years of industrial history of our group.
Today, fortified from a big experience gained in years of supplies for the civil and military section and to answer to the growing requests of our principal clients, we have decided to renew the department, placing it in a dedicated area of 400 mq equipping it with high tech instruments and systems, respecting the law and the quality standards.
We realize wiring and assembly processings following MIL law, and it's possible to complete the supplies with their installation and integration in the big sectors of comunication, aeronautic, missilistic and naval.
To guarantee the best product, the entire production is subjected to severe tests, during the processing phase and for the final certification. - Plastic pressing
ALL IN HOUSE
The plastic pressing department completes the productive potential of the manifacturing division, strongly wanted from old clients for the molding of electronic particulars that are hard to find.
The department is formed from injection presses of different weight for the pressing of particulars on plastic material or on its derivates.
