DIMENSIONAL MEASUREMENTS, DEA, THERMAL TESTING, TESTING WITH FISHER METALLOGRAPHIC SCOPE AND MORE

The company has a high tech measuring room that is considered very efficient from the military and civil sector.

The tecnical management has updated again the department and the equipment and has invested in “last generation” instruments for the complete control of their internal processings and external supplies so that it can have a direct comparison on a big range of testings, from the simpliest dimensional relief in DEA measuring centers, to termic evidence and metallographic control and of thickness with Fisher instrument(that uses fluorescence of each element to determin the thickness and the components of a metallic league).

The measure centers are provided with software that can acquire 2d and 3d designs, so to halve measuring programmation time.

C.G.E, when client requires it, can cure and assembly mechanical structures till 1000 kg of weight and can furnish each type of special processing, such as galvanic superficial treatment, powder coating and spray, thermic treatment and much more, so they can offer the best products on the market.
